1 - Eligibility :
To become a seller on Taifany, you must be at least 18 years old and possess valid identification (either a government-issued ID or passport).
A valid trade license is also required to operate as a seller.
Approval of your application is at the sole discretion of Taifany.
2 - Registration and Approval :
Sellers must complete the registration process by providing all required documents and information.
Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed, and sellers will receive a notification of approval or denial within 24-72 hours.
Approved sellers will receive login credentials to access their dashboard for managing their store.
3 - Product Listings :
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all products listed on Taifany comply with the platform’s quality standards and policies.
Each product listing must include accurate descriptions, specifications, high-resolution images, and competitive pricing.
Taifany reserves the right to remove any listings that do not meet these requirements or are deemed inappropriate.
4 - Item Approval :
All products uploaded by sellers must undergo an approval process before being listed for sale.
If a product does not meet the required quality standards, Taifany will notify the seller and may offer professional photography services at a cost of 10-50 AED per item, plus an additional 5 AED for each extra color variant.
5 - Shipping and Fulfillment :
Sellers are required to ship their items to Taifany’s warehouse for fulfillment of global orders.
It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that items are delivered to the warehouse on time, in accordance with Taifany's shipping guidelines.
Failure to comply with shipping deadlines may result in penalties, including account suspension.
Sellers must regularly monitor their inventory levels and sales data through the Taifany dashboard.
6 - Fees :
All sellers are subject to an annual fee of 315 AED, which will be billed at the start of each new selling year.
Taifany retains a commission on each sale made through the platform. This commission varies by product category, ranging from 4% to 12% of the sale price.
Additional fees may apply for optional services provided by Taifany, and these will be communicated clearly to sellers.
7 - Payouts :
Sellers will receive their payouts one week after the sale of an item is confirmed.
Payouts will be processed on a weekly basis, and the funds will be transferred to the seller's designated bank account or payment method.
Sellers must ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date to avoid delays in receiving funds.
Taifany is not responsible for any delays caused by errors in the seller's payment information.
8 - Compliance :
All sellers must comply with Taifany's policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Non-compliance with any terms may result in the suspension or termination of the seller’s account.
9 - Liability :
Taifany is not liable for any disputes that arise between sellers and buyers, including issues related to product quality, delivery, or refunds.
Sellers are solely responsible for their products, including any legal claims or liabilities arising from the sale of those products.
10 - Termination :
Taifany reserves the right to terminate any seller’s account for breaches of these terms, misconduct, or failure to comply with platform policies.
Upon termination, sellers will receive a notification outlining the reasons for termination.
11 - Amendments :
Taifany reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Sellers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
